Every day I click on a bunch of websites. I start at www.theanimalrescuesite.com
and click once a day. From there I link to the hunger site, the breast cancer site, the child health cite, and the rain forest site and click there too. It only takes a minute of my time every day and for every click I make, the ads that are on the site donate money/bowls of food/medecines to people, animals and trees in need. For example I clicked today and my click donated .8 of a bowl of food to an animal shelter. It's not much but the more people who click, the more we can help around the world. It's totally free and you don't have to register or anything. I've set the animal rescue site as my homepage so I don't forget.
You can also purchase things from the sites. A while ago I bought some boxer shorts from the breast cancer site. Because of this, they automatically funded a certain percentage of a mammogram to someone less fortunate.
I was looking around on the animal rescue site and found this plaque for sale. I really am thinking of buying this for my mother because everyone knows that my dog is my baby! What do you think?

I think that it is great if you want to buy that for you mom...I mean our moms do so much for us when we are young and usually when we get older too...and I agree with you that you dog can be your baby...I mean i have a dog and trust me he is sooo spoiled that it isn't even really funny anymore..so I know what you mean by that statement!

The paw pin is really cute. Did you see the rice bowl site that GardenGerty recommended a while back? That was fun because we were feeding people while playing a vocabulary game. Learning and helping at the same time...the best of both worlds.

Someone on My Lot introduced me to this site a while back. It is an excellent idea & should be further promoted.
So thank you for reminding me.

wow, I never thought of the grandparents. Our dog is my son's little sister I'm her mom and my husband is her daddy but I never thought of involving the other relatives with our obsession. My parents are diciest now but my father inlaw knows exactly how many grandchildren he has I wonder what he'd say when I tell him he has another one he's been living with for 3 years now. Thanks for the web sites. I don't no about buying the plaque, if you have the extra money to spend then go ahead. But if money's tight then it would be better to make it yourself with love. Happy Trails.
