You will get paid through PayPal once you reach payout (you can pick $10, $25, $50 minimum) and you will get paid after the end of the month that you reach it. Points = $$$ To get points, you post discussions (like you just did), or respond to other discussions. Pick lots of interests and just start talking and the points/earnings will add up!
