What's your experience with them?
I know most of them won't have much of an effect, but there are some that make your heart beat faster, which will indeed burn calories. I've heard a lot of the pills that do this have been banned and stuff, because they ca cause heart problems..

I've never taken any. It's just too dangerous, and the dangers outweigh the 'benefits' of taking diet pills. Besides, the best and the only real way to really lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.
My mom has taken several diet pills and the ones she took did make her heart beat faster and it made her heart hurt all the time, and pretty badly. Come to find out, it was because of a certain chemical in the pills that eventually would have caused her heart to go into a heart attack if she hadn't stopped taking them. It's really best to steer clear of diet pills and diet the safe way. Cut back, eat healthy, light foods and exercise.

I've never taken it. Chinese Saying" Any medicine has 30 percent poison" although it is a little bit exaggeration, but any pills have side effects in certain degree. No one can doubt it or deny this truth. When you weigh beauty and health, you can make your own decision.

I have never taken any but i have been looking into a few recently i think they sound like they could really work. I know there are some bad side effects but i dont need to lose alot of weight so i dont think i will have to worry about the effects of long term use. I think most of the good diet pills you can only get from the doctors and you have to be overweight to get them. I cant get dieting pills through the doctors because i dont weigh enough, but i would rather try the products i know work.
