i just have this thought that most of the writers in mylot are obese and doesn't do extra curricular activites or activities in general that they just stay infront of their computers writing stuff because they think that that's all they could do. What do you think?

i agree, i find it hard to find time to go onto my computer, if i have time, i will poop on for a few minutes, as thats all i ever seem to get, always things to do, so the pc is not even on my list of things to do anymore.... apart from now, where ive just put my daughter back to bed and find that i cant sleep, so i have come onto mylot, for the first time in about 7 months...... but i do know alot of people who spend most of their time on here, trying to debate why its so important for them to have the pc in the first place, my opinion its because they dont have anything else to do and dont want to work nor socialise, the good old fashioned way

yeah, i'm glad that someon agrees with me when it comes to people who don't have social life that they use the computer to escape from boredome. i can't blame them because sometimes you get to a point when you just have to stay away from people and be by yourself. when i'm alone, i get to think what i really want in life. having a break from people have advantages to. imagine going to work seeing the same faces 365 days of the year.

I am obese but it isn't because of mylot. But I am a very active obese person. I do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day.

what kind of cardio do you do? may i suggest running for 30 minutes for you cardio? it is really good and it burns fat a lot. you should do it like three times a week when you have the time and inclination. it is great to jog or run for your heart, body and mind.

hi maxsee212, i would love to be your generalised image of a mylotter lol, but sadly i am not...
yes, some days, i do get chance to spend a couple of hours at the pc, make topics, reply to others... but sadly this is not the case other days.
also inbetween my mylotting, i have general average day to day things to do, like getting my son off to school, doing some housework, picking him back up again, sorting out an evening meal for me, my son and my partner. then i have to entertain my son til bed time, do other little bits around the house, make sure that my dog gets walked and fuss the cat when he demands it lol.
i am around about a healthy 9 stones in weight and exercise regularly (the dog wouldn't have it any other way) so sorry, but i can't be your steriotypical mylotter (well not today anyway lol).

Did you ever stop to consider tht some of us that sit infront of the computer are elderly or disabled and that the computer is their connection to the world. Like me I have had a massive heart attack and a stroke and this is about all that they will allow me to do, believe me when I say that we wish we could get up and go out and do the things that we used to. Are you lazy and that is why you are on here?

i guess i did not think it that way. i was just curious what people do besides from writing in mylot but since some people in mylot have disabilities, i guess they are limited to some work. i did not mean to offend anybody but i think we should all do our best in anyway opportunity that we have.

I definitely was lazy for at least 6 months. That means I use to post only two or three posts a day. But this month I am nearing my $10 and am being more and more energetic day by day. Today I am $9.34 and I am hoping to reach the target of $10 by this month end.

I think the poster is infering that people on my lot never do anything but sit at the computer. How many comments do you leave a day?

i think you're on the right track in terms of writing here in mylot for money. at my current positions, i would never amass that kind of amount of money that you have. i am wondering how you do it. maybe your lazy about anything else but not when it comes to mylot.

ok, that's good to hear. don't let yourself to be obese because obese people have higher tendency to have heart attacks and strokes. i think i'm a little chubby but not obese. i should start exercising more in the gym but since it's winter i feel lazy to even get up in the morning.

Hahaha,i can say that some mylotters are like that;stay infront of the computers and hang out in mylot. Not just obese mylotters, those not obese also dont do exercises and its unhealthy for them. For me,even im obese..that's not the only thing i do.I do did physical activities when im sick of the computer! This is not just about those who surf mylot..its mainly for those computer users, who love to stay all day long with it.

by all means, do what you have to do to make yourself occupied. nothing's wrong with that as long as you don't destroy somebody's life.
