Transformers 2 ?

Can anyone tell when the transformers 2 is releasing is it this year? If you are a transformer fan which is your favorite tranformer. My favorite is optimus prime. what about you? I have seen the tranformmer cartoon and the i feel that the megatron in the cartoon is different from the movie transformer.

We just watched the Transformers movie yesterday. I was surprised at how good it was. I loved BumbleBee. My son had all the Transformers when he was a kid. I hope the second movie comes out soon.

The release date is set for June 26 2009. Here is the link where I found the info http://www.cinematical.com/2007/09/24/transformers-2-gets-a-release-date/ I like Optimus Prime and I also like Bumble Bee. I like the one that kinda breakdances too but I don't remember what his name was.
