What is the haealthy sleep?

Hou many hours we should sleep everyday?I sleep about 7 hours everyday,I do not know is it enough?How many hours you sleep everyday?What is the healthy sleep?

I'd say getting 6-8 hours of sleep is healthy, as well as sleeping in a proper sleeping position. Also, waking up naturally and not abruptly is good for the body also.

what i really know is that you should sleep at least 6- 8 hours a day for your body to recharge better, 7 hours is quite enough..Me? i sleep for about 8-9 hours a day since i work in the night and sleep during the day thus i see to it that i still have an appropriate hours of sleep to help rejuvenate my body.

sleep must be enough for you to be sound both in body and mind. ofcourse, enough is relative, but surely sleeping for 5-6 hours to me is quite healthy. i have a problem of staying late, watching tv and i never go to bed later earlier than midnight, but yes, i enjoy a sound sleep thereafter and i think i have not had any sleep related ill health

I don't know how many is healthy enough, but I wish I could get seven hours of sleep. I constantly wake up through out the night and when I do sleep it is so restless. Then i'm dragging through the whole day. they say the average adult sleeps six hours, but I know thats not healthy.

i get about 5 hours on a good night, and its enough for me it turns out you get as much sleep as you need if you wake up feeling like you can't go on then that's not enough if no then your fine.
