Do you like wild Game?

Doyo to eat like to eat wild game? I love it the meat is four times as good as beef or pork...though I know some people who believe it is a sin to eat anything hunted... even though the bible says we can eat anything with a split holve. what do you think about eating wild game?

I like to eat wild game too, indiandevil. I live on a large farm and I always have hunters here to keep the deer in check. (Most people don't realize what a problem deer can be with totally ruining ones crops and fields!) The hunters always give me a portion of what they got, I don't ask them to, but they are kind enough to anyways. I don't believe it's a sin to hunt as long as you're going to eat what you catch. I don't approve, however, of those that hunt just for the sake of having the skin, or just for the antlers, etc. That to me is terribly wrong! In our area, any deer that gets killed on the road goes to families who can't afford food (provided that it's a fresh 'kill' and edible.) These families are very thankful to have extra food to feed them and their children.

thanks, and I know what you mean, but the people I know who thinks its wrong, only think its wrong because it is a deer, or moose etc, they don't eat the meat that it bares because they thing it is against god to eat it...
they don't seem to understand that it isn't any different then eating a cow, a pig or a chicken. They think thaqt is fine...but they claim we shouldn't eat any animal we don't have to I think that is silly but that is just me.. I believe if god didn't want us to eat it he wouldn't have made these animals edible...
since there are animals that aren't very good to eat
