Why does my blog not appear on search engine?

sometimes it can take several days before a blog will show up...you must also make sure your site has been submitted to the search engines...some hosts do this automatically, others you have to do manually or use a software that sends it to all of them in one step. Everytime you update your blog you'll need to "ping" it to the search engines so they know it's updated. This can be configured through your site to do automatically, depending on what type of blogging software you use...I use drupal & works like a charm - I was #1 in search engines within a week.

Have you started building links for your blog ? If not then I am afraid your blog will not receive any traffic from search engines as it will not appear on SERPs . A blog without links is just like a person without identity.I suggest that you start building links for your blog so that you start getting traffic from search engines.I have a blog that is related to building links.That might help you a bit.Good luck :)
