After India and Asia funds had topped the ROI. Which sector would you think that would be the next best bet in this berish and volatile market? I believed it would be Russia and Vietnam.

In the last short while, I've been paying extra attention to the Latin American Markets. My investments with some of the companies within places like Brazil, have been rising at a steady pace, which is doing very well for my portfolio.
Last year, I paid special attention is European markets, but found that since then I've gotten a better ROI with the latin markets, rather than the european.

Last year Latin American sector had really topped the mutual fund ROI. I believe in the current volatile times, Asia is currently still attractive in a sense of China emergence. However, the safest bet now is probably European sector as you can see it had recovered decently for the past few months amidst subprimes woes and credit crunch. Well, the key problem now is probably inflations. Cheers and thanks for your great response.
