Cures for stinky feet needed...

Our whole family has sweaty feet, especially my husband. It' just part of our anatomy. However natural, it has proved to be problematic. I can not seam to keep shoes or even sock (washed in hot water w/bleach) to keep from stinking up the house. We live in an apartment so I we can't really keep our shoes outside. And I have tried all the shoe powders and odor eaters on the market. Instead of killing the odor everything ends up smelling like sweat AND odor eater. Does anyone have any tips for cleaning stinky shoes, preventing stinky shoes, or removing odors from laundry?
