i was trampolining over the weekend afterwards my groin muscles were a bit sore

and i had a touch of cystitus(sorry spell!) is trampolining bad for your pelvic floor muscles?anybody have any info?

Trampolining should be helping to strengthen muscles in the groin and pelvic floor regions, if done in a safe manner. Correct bending of the knees and correct landings should always be used.
