What is your favorite thing to eat when it is COLD outside?

I love to eat chilli, soaps and stews when it is cold outside.
We are getting cold again tonight, so I made a pot of chicken noodle soup and will have a sandwich with it.
Simple homemade chicken soup is
Boneless chicken cut into peaces
boil in 6 cups of water
after chicken looks like it is about done,
add noodles to cook
then add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with herbs
Takes about 1 hour to prepare and cook and is very delicious
Serve with sandwich, grill cheese, french bread or crackers.

My favorite thing toeat when it is cold outside is Chicken Noddle Soup. It is so good. I also like Tomato soup with grilled cheese. Hot chocolate and marshmallows or some hazelnut coffee always seems to warm me up.

The other day I was actually craving Tomato Soup, went to look in the pantry and I didn't have any. I was so bummed and too lazy to down to the store to get some! LOL

lol... my daughter loves tomato soup also. She likes it from progresso.
I had a recipe for homemade tomato soup, but I don't know where it went. lol
I'll have to find it again.

We like to have hot soups when it is cold outside. I have a list of soups that I do, Chili with tortillas, bean soup with corn bread or a nice home made chicken and noodles, and a chicken stew with dumplings. They all heat you up when it's cold out side.

Oh WOW the bean soup with corn bread sounds good and so does chili with tortillas. lol I will have to make some also. Getting cold again on Monday. lol Warm weekend, cold every other day during the week. Now I would love to have a recipe for Chicken Tortilia soup or something like that. It is mexican and I can't really remember the name. lol Shame too I like that soup.
Well, thanks for the idea. I have red and white beans here, so will have to do the soup.

That sounds yummy. Will have to try it one day.
My favorite is chili with sour cream, cheese, and chips!!!
