maybe you should try reverse therapeutics? For example when you will go to the bed and try to rest just manage to do reverse - try don't sleep! I understand that it is difficult and maybe sounds incredibly but.. hey, if you don't try you 'll never know!

When it comes to me, I usually do some exercise before sleep to make me relax and tired, then I fall asleep soon. You can have a try. If is does not work, you'd better go to see a doctor for some advice. Good luck!

Do some kind of sport or physical activity.
Maybe you are not enough tired when going to sleep.
For example I do swimming ... and it works perfectly.
After I come home I take something to eat and lay on the bed while watching some short movie or listening some music. After a while fatique beats me and I fall asleep. Try to find your own recipy ...

Sometimes when I can't sleep I turn on the radio to a station that plays slow, soft music, but don't turn it up loud. Or you can play a cd if you like...That way I don't think too much about anything except the music playing and I drift off too sleep...

Hi creative,thank you for responding. But I want to told you it is a wrong way to me...Yes,I always listen to the soft music in the bed when i'm ready to sleep,but i found that's a bad idea for me,I listen to the music so carefully that i can't to sleep.I know it's unbelieveable,but it's real...Thank you for sharing your way...
