The Mental vs the Physical

So... why is it that I get the mental motivation to exercise at times when physically I can't. I always seem to get the mental motivation around 10 or later at night when physically I'm kind of drained. I'm at my physical motivated point around 5-6 PM but at that time I'm mentally tired from work and it takes me awhile to recoup.
Sometimes I force myself to exercise and I find that within 10 minutes I can get mentally motivated, however that first 10 minutes is the hardest part to get through! How do you motivate yourself so that mental and physical energy is there at the same time? Do you force yourself to exercise and eventually get past the mental block? Or do you have some other methods to move get yourself motivated?
Please share! I want to get into a little bit better shape by May 4th for my vacation :-D

Yes me too! You know it takes me like 10 minutes to do dishes after dinner, yet some nights I just leave them for DAYS! I look at them knowing it would take only 10 minutes, but don't feel like doing it.
Good job losing 34 pounds! My trouble is I only have about 10 lbs to lose and I do believe what they say that it is hard to lose only a few pounds. I shoveled snow for 30 minutes today so that should help!

Dear Vivasuzi
From what I read that you are taking this in a negative sense. It appears that you don't really and truly love your body extremly well Also of mind and soul. First thing first. Love your self first. The carpenter from Middle East over 2,000 years ago said 'Love Your Neighbor as yourself'. Hence loving yourself in total is healthy concept. Therefore do anythings and everything that make your body weight to be ideal and healthy. For starter, you could get a pet to help you exercise. It's good motivation and a source of happiness too. OK? Thanks. Love: Bro. Joe. GBU.
