That discussion about me going to the ballet tomorrow got me thinking about other things that I have been missing for some time. I love to go see a nice play. I favor those old comedies, but like drama as well. Shakespeare is not exactly one of my favorites but since we have a festival close to here during the summer I got used to go anyways. The last play I saw was mother courage from Brecht. Do you enjoy a play? What was the last one you saw?

I'm sure you are going to love it. THere is something about having the actors there performing right in front of us. None of that retouching, redoing, and fixing that can be done in movies. It just has a very different feel to it:)

My sister saw Pavarotti a couple years ago when he came to a neighboring state. I never took to opera, but she loved it.

The last play I saw was over 20 some years ago, it was Guys and Doll's, it was great fun, and what a lovely meal we had. Fun. I use to be in plays when I was in high school, I loved it. Been a while since I thought about all that thanks, oh and have fun at the ballet. Myself I have never been.

I enjoy movies, but there is something very special about a play. The whole atmosphere, and the actors right there, and even their mistakes and how the recover from them:):) I used to be a part of the drama club in high school as well. Miss that a bit too :) Ballet is not something I will want to go an see all the time but it is really beautiful and a wonderful experience. I like to learn the story first so I can really understand what's happening on stage :)

The last play I saw was called Nunsense. It was performed by local talent in our towns Little Theater. It was a fun comedy.
