Runescape Rules

My friend got banned from runescape for saying that he met a guy that use to drop trade his items to other accounts. Jagex banned him within 20 minutes. He can't appeal because hes perm banned. Is there anything in there rules which states your not allowed to talk about other people breaking the rules? I personally think jagex are a bunch of jurks. Know any ways i can contact them? Note*I've tried to email them at support@jagex.com but i got no response? Thanks Kurtis-

He was breaking the rules by telling other people how to break the rules. If they permanently banned him I doubt it was his first offense. It was probably his 10th black mark.

You are supposed to inform Jagex if anyone is caught breaking rules. And if you have multiple accounts, it is against the rules if they interact e.g. transferring items.

It still works as long as you're dropping something that is worth less than 3000gp.

My account just got banned today...
