Jason Kidd, Shaquille O'Neal, Allen Iverson, etc.
East has a lot of new guys but the old guys are now in the west..
the east finals is not exciting "why??" the future contenders are very obvious Boston and Detroit.
the west finals is very unsubtle they have too many candidates..
AGREE??

The West has been the dominate conference for a while now and you are right that they have most of the superstars out there. There are many good teams in the West and most have a chance to make the playoffs. The East is very weak with talent other than Boston, Detroit and Cleveland. Some teams in the East may make the playoffs with a losing record which really tells how weak the East is currently.

I think Lebron can again lead his team to the finals if ben wallace would adapt to the rotation of the coaching staff but I think the finals would be short the western champions will dominate..

I totally agree with you. there's a lot of contender at the west you have the Suns, Mavs, Spurs, Lakers, Rockets (I dont' think they can survive the playoffs without Yao) and we can also include the rising Hornets and Jazz while at the East you only have the Celtics, Pistons and Cavs. I also think that one of the reason why west teams are strong is that most of the talented bigmans and "Point Gods" (Kidd, Nash, Paul, Davis) are in the west.
