High stress levels have come to be part of life.I get stressed up easily and hence i have made an attempt to study the causes. There are lot of them but one way i have found to cope up with excessive stress is to do and think about one item at a time.this has been successful for me on a lot of occasions. what do you think ?

I suffer from anxiety which causes stress so I'm always looking for ways to reduce to my stress. It sounds like a good idea to concentrate on one problem at a time to reduce the amount of stress that you experience. I'll have to test it out and see if it actually does help.

That's a good idea as a lot of stress comes from feeling overwhelmed with tasks/jobs to be done. If that is the case writing out a list and prioritising things, so that you then feel more in control as you deal with things one by one.
Another way to deal with stress is to meditate, it clears the mind and calms it down, so you can deal with things easier.

some stress is essential for optimum functioning. However excess can be shed by employing techniques.Yoga is comprehensive. All the techniques stems out of it.
