problem with inverted nipples... anyone??

nipples are usually out,but mine is inverted but not only that it keeps on producing white paste sometime in a month since the beginning of my puberty i dont know if its normal or what because im always in good condition.i feel scared because it has to do with my breast.. any natural solution or some advice??
