Remedy and cure for falling dog hair?

my female almost 1 year old Spitz/Poodle mix has a hair fall problem, so bad that her rear back side has few hairs left..other parts of her body seem to be ok, but hair fall can also be seen in the leg area.. i have dewormed her and with vaccines, dunno what else to do :(
