Is Lithiumbux a scam site

I'm new to this whole PTC websites...I have been doing it for 3 days...I got scammed by a site called Surfjunky because i did not do my research.
Anyways i have been careful from that point on...except for this site:Lithiumbux.com
I could not find any information on Google regarding it being a scam...Actually i could not find any information on it at all.
The reason I had a doubt is because they paid more than the other PTC websites like around 0.2cents or 0.3 cents per Ad/Click.
So any help on this website will be appreciated.
