A friend of our recently insisted that we watch a video on YouTube about a supposed huge plannt of death called Nibiru that is supposed to cross between the earth and the moon in 2012 and basically destroy everything. It have me really freaked out and I am just wondering if anyone else has heard about this and whether or not you believe it and why.
Here are two links to YouTube videos about this:www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkv4chj47XY
www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgpuUy2_E_8
Go watch one or both of the videos, if you have not heard about this, and then let me know what you think.

Well I certianly hope it's not real because it's really going to suck if it is. It may seems tupid to some people but I am really concerned about it. If it's real it's supposed to be visible in the sky by next year. And although we had no definitive plans before this, we will definitely wait to see if it shows up int he sky before doing anything like getting pregnant. Because 2012 is only 4 years away.

It could be true I suppose. It's kind of strange the year would be 2012. There's a South American tribe, I can't remember, Aztek or maybe Inka? Anyway, they were extremely advanced for their time. Large cities, aquaducts, really accurate calendars, etc. Their calendar, as accurate as ours today or maybe even more so ends on Dec 27, 2012.
I had never heard of the plant before, but I suppose it is possible. I thought it would be something more like a commet or metior. Of course, it could be nothing, people have been predicting the end of the world as long as there have been people around.

The notion of such a planet is all psudeo-science nonsense. It defies pretty much every law of physics and orbital mechanics. And what about the millions of amature astronomers around the world? One of them would have spotted it by now. Heck, if it were real you could just step outside, look up and spot it for that matter. Nibiru is a myth. The Mayan calander doesn't "end" and it doesn't predict any disaster.

May be true, but these calculations however predicted with great accuracy and skills are beyond the calculations of God..and I hope that no such disaster strikes the earth.. and certainly God will save us..

I heard the same thing the other day! Do you think that if it comes, someone will try and shoot a missel at it before it reaches us?
