I try to avoid microwave meals. I don't find them typically very appetizing and I'm just sure they are bad for me. Every once in a while I'll get a lean pocket type of product to make it easy to catch a quick bite to eat. I try not to do this, however. Generally, if I'm too lazy to cook something healthy, perhaps I should bother eating (could lose some weight, here -- not a lot, but some.)

My hubby eats them regularly also, so we always have them on hand. But since we started cooking meals more often (alot less costly than fast food or convenience foods) I tend to eat leftovers if we are in a hurry. I also keep quick fix meal ingredients on hand, like hot dogs, condensed soup etc.

I very rarely buy frozen dinners. I sometimes will by one for a quick weekday lunch. When I was younger and working in a grocery store I bought a frozen dinner on my lunch break several times a week. I guess I got burnt out on them and I have never gotten back into the habit of eating them because I don't have that need for a quick lunch very often.

My husband eats them fairly regularly for lunch but we almost never have them at dinner unless it's something like indian or whatnot.
