pet peeves

i'm sure a lot of you out there have them, and i'm just curious to hear what they are... one of my biggest is the way that people walk in shopping malls and grocery stores. you know, the people that walk around like they are the only ones in the place? that drift from side to side as they walk so that you can't get around them? or just stop suddenly, almost causing collisions. or in the grocery store, who just come out of the end of the aisles without looking first to see if anyone is coming? it's not that easy to stop a full grocery cart of groceries. people who leave their carts in the middle of the aisle blocking traffic from both sides while the stand beside it looking at stuff on the shelves, or to have a chat with someone. it makes me wonder how these people drive...

Oh this is one of my pet peeves too especially at Walmart when its really crowded. People just part in the middle of the aisle and you can't get around them and people are starting to line up behind me and there's just no place to move. The people are often oblivious to anybody else.

Those that walk like they own the whole place bother me too. I thought I was the only one. Another of mine is when standing on line in the grocery store or wherever, and there are three people standing behind the one actually paying (spouse, kids, etc). Get out of the way already! If Mom is done loading the belt and searching for her errant wallet to pay, then Dad and kiddos need to go ahead of her so the rest of us can put our things on the belt. (Of course little kids should still be under the control of an adult).

My biggest pet peeve is cars stopped in the middle of the road and you can't get by them because believe it or not they are talking. In their cars and leaned out of the window like there is no one else around. I couldn't believe it when I came up on them. When I beeped the horn only once mind you I got a look like what was my problem. Like they couldn't pull over and park and than hold their conversation. People can be so rude.

or how about the person who grabs your full cart of foods'designed for your diabetes and claims that is her cart? this actually happened to me in Vons and the clerk and I had one awful time persuading this irate woman that she had the wrong cart and only when her husband came up with her real cart did she concede she had made an awful error.he was really'upset with her for acting like such a fool. she had three times as much stuff in her cart as I did and none were foods I would have chosen. he really did bawl her out. I was almost in tears as I had never ever had anything like this happen to me before and she was screaming at me.. so now I seldom leave my hand off my cart for more than a few moments. lol lol.
