Is sleep really important

Yes, It is so much important. This is because, everyone recovers from his tire after he is slept. But when we sleep we should take care of the duration, the position and the place where we are sleeping. The duration of sleeping depends on our age, for younger it is not important to sleep more than 6 hours per day. For the position, we should not sleep on our back. For the place , it is better to sleep in a place where the is a silent. Thanks

yes sleep is very important for any human being to recover from the stress on a day to day basis.if you dont get proper sleep it will be reflected with ill health ,poor concentration and loss of appetite.each and everyone should get atleast 8 hours of sleep per 24hours.too much sleep is also bad.it leads to overweight,dullness.so its very important to have the right amount of sleep everyday.thanks

sleep is very important i learned that the hard way trying to potty train my special needs son i got very depressed and couldnt figure out why till it was pointed out i was not sleep more than 2 hours at a time so there for not going innto rem sleepi was not going through all the stages of sleep so my body was not producing the proper hormoes

yes it is important. sleep revitalizes us, and repair whatever damaged our bodies received during the day. for a really restful night, i turn off my lights and drink tea before i sleep.

If you want to grow taller you must sleep at least 8 hours every night. Because when we sleep, that is the time that our pituitary gland secretes more growth hormones compare to when we are awake.
