Anyone used Accutane?

So, I'm considering going on Accutane. My dermatologist says I'm a good candidate. If you've been on it, what were your side effects? Did you have any female-related side effects (like dryness, thin skin down there?) How long did the side effects last? Did it work for you? At what age did you start it? How long were you on it? Anything else I should know???? Thanks - it just seems like a really strong drug, and I want to make sure I make the best decision for me!
