start when you are young to keep your weight down. eat lots of veggies, fruits, lean meat. lo fat diary and plenty of whole grains foods. take a multivitamin every day and exercise at least thirty minute each day. take a page from the diabetics books for good health. also think positive and work on having a good sense of humor. but above all stay lean and dont, I mean really dont smoke. not even one wiff. oh yes and try to have a great social life as our friends help us to stay healthy. so its mind, body, soul and spirit.

positive thinking; positive thinking; and positive thinking. It happens to me I now practice to think everything always have the way out in somehow so don't worry too much - be happy. Everything is temporary, so why worry too much. When you are happy, you can control your soul, you choose to be happy, you body will follow your soul. And you will have a good health as you choose to be healthy.

hi ... this is a try from me. hopefully it works.
1. don't forget to eat and drink regularly and enough. why regularly? some people just forget the eating time because of being too focused on something, this is bad for the stomach.
2. don't forget to have balance in working / studying / activity versus resting.
worn out body will easily get sick.
3. keep having some exercise for your body sometime, but don't do it too much. the muscles and bones still need some regular movements for each part, but don't overdo it.
4. don't sleep too late at night. it is not about how long we have slept for that day, because the midnight hour is just bad for the body.
5. try to wake up early in the morning. it will make your spirit refresh again and you will find enthusiasm in starting your day. the enthusiast mind is also good for the body.
6. try to have some recreation sometime, the refreshing will be good to clear the mind and soul. when you get back to work / study / serious activity, your energy has been restored from the recreation. :)
7. socializing with close family / friends / people and interact with cute animals / pets are good for boosting up your good mood too. playing with kids will also cheer some people up.
I don't know if there is anything left out by me. hopefully these ideas are enough for having a perfect health. :)
