avg anti virus new edition was giving me update

Been using AVG for the past ten years.It is excellent.

My anti-virus software will alert me and it will do the update automatically. So I don't have to care about it so much.

I am also using AVG anti virus for my PC and personal use. It is a must and an SOP for an anti-virus software to have updates regularly because new threats are getting in our computers everyday, especially the internet. For AVG, they have a daily update (this is the default update frequency and is configurable). It automatically updates itself depending on how the user sets this up at the program options, and of course if connected to the internet. you don't need to worry about the update because the software will do it for you automatically.

You should be really careful when you are using the avg virus program..because I don't know if it was the website that we were downloading it from or not but me and someone else that I know of put the avg program on our computers and it really messed our computers up..but then again it could have been the websites that we were getting it from too...

AVG is ok, but in my experience NOD32 is the best antivirus program for single use. If u work in a large company, the best solution would be NORTON antivirus.
