I would suggest having her select food at the grocery store that she will eat for breakfast. Many times teenagers just don't like our choices for breakfast. My daughter is always worried about weight, so usually eats fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. She won't eat anything high in fat and calories.

First of all, stop arguing with her over food. I know you want her to eat well to be healthy, but fighting with her will only make her more determined not to eat! Does she not eat because she thinks she is too heavy? I know there are ways to deal with this but I don't know much about that subject, maybe another poster will have some experience in this matter and be able to give you some advice. Most girls her age are worried about their looks, and all the skinny models on TV don't help matters any. It could be that she just doesn't have an appetite in the morning, I know I don't get hungry for a few hours. If she is not obsessed with trying to lose weight, just let her eat as she wants, and try to keep healthy snacks around for when she does want to eat.
