I'm new at this and just want someone to tell how I can get started making money uploading photos, writing ads for free. That's wright, no investment. Is that true? I saw several videos on youtube from people saying that they either made $150-$250 just by uploading photos. Please help.

I know one which pays you when you upload pictures in their site. They pay you when someone views your pictures. To get someone view your pics, you must place your picture links to your site, blog, profiles etc, or simply send the link to your friends.
