unfortunately i have fallen into the foreclosure pit, i was behind months and had 2 days to pay up. i was able to get a family member to take a loan out to catch up. i am borrowing from one person to pay another. my credit rating is not the best, but i do have about $160,000 in equity in my home, i owe $105,000 and my house is worth around $260,000 to $270,000. I have heard of something called hard money loans which do not require you to have good credit, only some collateral, like equity. i have tried lending tree and others, but keep getting denied. does anyone out there know of some hard money loan specialist? please help.
