about alertpay

Ok, I made a discussion about this, but no one replied :( Anyway, so I finally caved and joined Alertpay, but what I need to know is can you still send and receive money even if you don't add a credit card or a bank account? And do you know of any place that tranfures your Alertpay money to your paypal that is trust worthy?

I don't really know if its available in your country but I do have an alertpay account, and I will say it is very secure. They make sure that you are the person opening the account. I believe it has a little bit more security then paypal. But if you would like to know if it is available in your country you would have to go to there website and contact them or something, as far as I know that would be your best bet.
