Oh man this hurts soooooooooo bad? Do you know of it?, What did you do you help it/ cure it.
I am reading about it and gosh it gives exercises and foot/arch support type fixes, but wow is it ever annoying!! When your feet hurt you hurt all over is a saying my Mom used to have. Well I am here to tell you she wasn't kidding!
I thought at first it was a stone bruise type thing but it'snnot getting better and when I would first get up in the morning or worse in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom the pain is almost unbearable as all the blood rushes I am sure to that one foot.
What are some of the things I can do? Here is what I am doing so far. THe next step I fear is going to be going to a foot Doctor.
I am taking Aleave in the Morning
I am stretching the foot 2-3 times a day (the wall exercise)
I am rolling a frozen water bottole on it at night.
Any other help you can share with me?

yes, I have this problem as well - my pain is mostly focused on the heel, however. I will walk on my toes to help compensate it usually is really bad first thing in the morning. or after a long day and I sit down for a bit - when I get back up again it hits.
right now my affected foot is in a leg cast - so there is not much I can do about it.
