has anybody read eregon??

I enjoyed Eregon and the sequel, and own booth. But I warn you now, do not watch the movie. It is a bad remake of the book and has lots of gaps in it. A friend of mine borrowed the book and enjoyed it throughly. But, I don't know if the third book is out or even if the author will finish the series. The author was a teenager when he wrote Eregon. You can see slight parallels to other popular fantasy/science fiction books/movies.

yeah, i think it's worth buying. I've read the first book and eldest, the second *and waiting for the third* it has good story, like lord of the ring. But many says that the movie doesn't good enough

It's a great book, well worth buying. The movie on the other hand is nothing compared to the book. I have read both Eragon and Eldest and am now reading Eragon a second time - this time to my son.
