For young girls and teenage fashion queens, The Devil Wears Prada is a study in values. I recommend it to teens who are sorting out what is important in life.

I would have to agree. It shows how important a fake job and the most expensive clothes can be but when it comes down to it..Its about u and what you want

This is so true, sometimes fancy clothes and jobs with high-end perks can really be fun, but they tend to be superficial -- which is sometimes too shallow, what is important is really knowing what you want. :)

Also, the total conformity to other's values is so clear in this movie.

yes very true. my children specially the girls watched the devil wears prada firstly because they like anne hathaway. they also enjoyed Princess Diaries and Ella Enchanted. they have learned a lot from the devil wears prada and it shows there to how to set priority in life and to find who is the real you.

Recommend the book it's 10 times better than the movie and goes into a whole lot more detail.
