Hi Karen, that chicken looks like he is still alive but barely. I could never eat a chicken if he looked like that. I don't eat much meat or poultry but I would not be able to eat that chicken. He looks so desperate. I eat a lot of tofu...and never see a face. :)

I try not to think about the poor creature I'm eating, but I am becoming more like you, and eating more vegetables. I love tofu too. There is so much you can do with it. My favorite thing is any kind of bean. If I had to, I could easily live on beans and rice, and not get tired of it.

Karen, that poor chicken had his eye half open. More people would love tofu if they ate it. I saute vegetables with a little peanut sauce, make garlic rice, and then saute tofu in a little peanut sauce. I put it all together...and it is so good. I love beans, too.
