How do you live like a singel parent????

I live alone with 4 children they are 15 year old son, 13 year old daughter, 2 year and 8 months old son and 8 months old daughter. I´m at home with my 8 months daughter, so I have a lot of time to spend with my children. But when you work how do you do to spend some time with each kid? How do others do??? Please tell me how you do as a singel parent... Have a nice day
