Hi fellow myLotters. I have an appeal and I hope to get your sympathy, especially my fellow Filipinos. We have a project in our Theology 4 class. We are to interact with beggars and look for what they really need. Our group met Mr. Rodolfo Reyes in a famous park in Manila (Luneta Park). He's a 65 year old man and has been residing in the park for almost two months. The reason why he's been there is because he wanted to seek medical attention for his legs. His legs are almost eaten by severe wounds and he's having a hard time walking because of his condition. A doctor said that he might be suffering from diabetes.His two half-brothers refuse to accept him in their house because of his condition.His to daughters have their own families already and they are also living in poverty.Mr. Rodolfo has also been diagnosed with lung cancer. I am appealing now to my fellow myLotters here,please pray for Mr. Rodolfo...Our group doesn't have much to offer as help for him,and we know that what he really needs right now is a home and proper medication...Please help me...Give me ideas about what we can do to help this poor old man...If Filipinos are reading this,support our aim in helping Mr. Rodolfo by contributing not only prayers,but financial and medical supplies too...If any Filipino here knows a doctor,please have him check out Mr. Rodolfo...I'll give you my contact details if you need it.
