what do you do to take out your frustrations???

i mean everyone has their own ways of taking out their frustration, mine i do things that will make me busy and to avoid talking to others, i clean every corner of our house and stop only when its time to sleep, or a couple of times i do kick boxing with myself DIY punch bag that my bro gave to me.. how about you???

i always eat things when i am upset. at that time,i don't want to say anything, just keep eating. after i eat a lot of thingsp, i feel better. i know it's not a good habit. i have gained weight because of this. so now i take out frustration by washing clothes, and at the same time, lose some weight. :) May you be happy very day.

we are exact opposite, i lose a lot of pounds when im frustrated, tell you what, i learned this from a friend, you should watch funny movies such as jackass and the likes so you keep your smiles on your and you wont look old for thinking whenever it happens. keep smiling :-)

Hi Teabing. As for me I either keep to myself and refuse to talk to anybody. But if the frustration prolong, I tend to break things up. That will make me cool off quite easily. The good thing about me is I don't take my frustration to people especially my family members.

Well, I find a good way for me to take out my frustrations are to be able to talk with someone like a close friend, or pray. Another good one for me, is to go and take a short nap and forget about things for a while, or to post here in myLot. I find posting a Great way to relieve some of my stressors as well.

well when i am frustrated i usually play shooting games in my comp or i eat icecreams which make very happy and decrease my frustration!!!!! thank you and take care!!!!!(*_*)
