missing heart

i have been hypertensive for quite some time now.i take a tablet which is the combination of beta blockers and diuretics. Of late i have found having irregular heart beat especially after break fast. doctor says it is not serious. It may be due to excess mineral loss due to the diuretic medication.now I have started eating food containing more quantity of minerals such as magnesium,potassium etc. The problem is now reduced. any body having similar experience?

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side,i believe in meditation, its will balance all disorders of body and mind.
