Losing Weight

Just wanted to know if any one has any suggestions on losing weight without doing those awful shake diets or starving yourself. I'm not overly heavy but just feel very self conciuos
about my appearance. I was skinny before I had three kids. It's hard to find the time to do a lot of exercise because as I said I have three kids under the age of 6 and I am just exhausted by the end of the day!

I have lost close to 20lbs in about 6 weeks and it was through the Atkins diet.
I know many people have their opinions about how healthy it is but at least now I am eating three proper meals a day and have reduced my calorie intake to a reasonable level.
I basically just eat meat, eggs and cheese. Not much veg or fruit is allowed but I never ate any before anyway and my carb intake is minimal.

Well it has worked for me and it means that if all else fails then you can certainly consider it.
