banning somking in all public places p**ses me off?

I agree that people should be allowed to smoke (I do) but it's equally valid to say that people should be allowed not to have to inhale other people's smoke (and I also know how many people not only find that disgusting but also dangerous to their health). You are concerned about your rights but if the picture you are showing is you and your daughter, shouldn't you also be concerned about her rights? She is probably not old enough to speak for herself.
