What to do when problem starts before u think of execution of a task?

When you think of a party, one member starts applying conditions. when you start a project, boss shifts you to other one. Planning to sleep, the telehone starts ringing, get rid of the phone, the door bell rings and by the time you finish that the alarm starts. How to get rid of this......Astrology? Should I run away from this situation? Any thing better to plan the project execution in a better way? please help me out.
