orovo detox tablets

Has anybody tried the Orovo weight lose tablets. If you seen the Oprah show about the 10 superfoods it's all those foods extracted into a tablet and is supposed to really work. It's helps lose weight clear troubled skin, wrinkles and give you energy. Please let me know if you have tried it and if has worked for you?
