February 29th Leap Year Day

I was not born on 29th February. But I believe that many were born on this date and it is still a question that how do they arrange to celebrate their birthday. I asked such question from a friend, who was born on 29th February. He replied that every leap year is the year of his birth and every 29th of February is the birth day. He told that he arrange to celebrate his birthday after four years. Lol. He also replied that he arrange it on 28th February of three years and 29th February of fourth year.

I would also like to wish people who were born today a very happy birthday because it will be the last time that i will be able to wish them a happy birthday for the next four years...and mylot may not even be here in another four years..who knows??? Anyways I was just wondering how it works when you have to go and put your birthday down somewehre and you put you were born on a leap year..do they just look at you weird or something...
