drawing chibi

i am a big chibi fan..... but i can never seem to get it right when it comes to drawing in the chibi style...
has anybody got any tips? or is it just practice makes perfect?

Study shapes and proportions, don't worry about detail until you get the basic shapes down. :]

I Always do it with big head and cute eyes.
In my opnion,details makes the chibi looks better,bu not so much!
