i think he is capable of that...he looks serious,smart,brainy,and his eyes always has an solution to any problem...that guy is intelligent...

he is an engineer afterall (from the PB series). However, I think somehow luck plays his part too. He planned everything alright, but not all always go according to his plan, in fact, most of the time it doesn't and he just improvice to archieve his goal eventually.
