Thirty days hath September,
April,June,and November,
All the rest have 31
Excepting February alone
Which only has but 28 days clear
And 29 in each Leap Year

I never really knew that people offered free dinners to others that were born on a leap year on this day...that is pretty cool actually because they don't get to celebrate their real birthday but once every four years and that is really bad because i like to celebrate my birthday every year not just once every four years...i mean really how annoying would that get if you only had a birthday once every four years..

Yes,there are several i've heard that offer free dinners,that is cool,very sad they dont get to celebrate their real birthday

no i don't but How do people celebrate their birthday that comes only once every four years? :(
I think it's kinda sad for children to have to think about their birthday as almost non existant.
"Mom, why isn't my birthday this year?" :(
