I really like Matrix and Matrix Reloaded but i think all time best is Die Hard. Bruce Willis is amazing fighting all the bad guys with bare feet. that's the real action. If you haven't seen it yet, then i suggest that you do. You will be amazed.

I have watched the first three Die Hard movies and I liked all of them well enough (the first one was the best) so maybe I'll pick up Live Free or Die Hard. Thanks for the suggestion.

I Think if it were up to my personal opinion i would have to say that the marine is the best action movie that i have ever saw...i have saw the bourne series like part one part two and now the third part...but i would still have to say that the marine is the best because it kept my attention throughout the whole movie...and that is really hard to do...

I have yet to see any of the Bourne movies, but I am an action flick fan. The Matrix is awesome, although the first sequel was not to my liking. Also, if you like chicks with your actions, the Charlie's Angels movie is good and funny. I don't recommend the sequel with Demi Moore though. The Mission Impossible movies are some of my favorite, especially Mission Impossible 2. And if you want to go a few centuries back, try Last of the Mohicans with Daniel Day-Lewis.

The first Rambo is a decent enough watch, as it actually has a storyline. Rambo II and Rambo III are only a watch if you want shooting followed by more shooting

I would definately say Lethal Weapon and Lethal Weapon 2, Die Hard, Face/Off (and from what I've heard many of John Woo's Asian films), Robocop, X-Men 2, In The Line Of Fire, The Fugitive, The Terminator, Terminator 2, and Saving Private Ryan (all though it would fall into the war category, but some great action scenes).
