I change my sheets and pillow cases once a week and wash my comforter every two in the winter, every week in the summer. Yes, I use a comforter in the summer. I am one of those ppl who always have to have a blanket on no matter what LOL.

I rarely wash/change my sheets. I do it when I know it needs done. I never lay in bed without taking a shower, so I'm always clean when I sleep. So, I don't see the need to change them every week. I wash them once a month, more if it really needs done, especially if I know I've somehow tracked dirt into bed.

I try to change my sheets/pillowcase/mattresss pad (and wash them) at the very least every 2 weeks, once a week if i have time and remember. I don't change my bedspread/comforter. I take it to the laundromat and wash it occasionally (my washing machine will ruin the filling inside it) but i always use that one!

Hello pitstop
My bed sheets, bedspread, pillow covers all are pure white, the slightest dart or dust make it look so bad, more over our place is hot, body sweat will make it smell foul.
So i change them every alternate day..
Thanks for this discussion.
Happy posting, cheers.
Namastey.
